BCI Hawker have built our home in Kingscliff. Our personal situation meant we could not check on progress regularly so we needed someone we could trust to project manage our build and love it like their own. That is exactly what the BCI Hawker team do. Steve and his team pay attention to every little detail. He communicated with respect & warmth and we knew our build was in good hands. The outcome is a stunning, architecturally designed home that has been finished with attention to detail and precision. Highly recommend!
After much deliberation in finding the right builder which suited us, we found Steve and Shantelle from BCI Hawker and engaged them to build our new home and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Steve is an amazing builder, and is hands on along with Jason and Rupert his carpenters. He has such an eye for design and detail and produces a true quality finish. His team of local tradesmen are of an extremely high standard and all work so well together, they are a great team, which is the core of a good builder. Steve went above and beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of building or renovating. We can't thank Steve and his team enough for building our beautiful home.
I cannot recommend BCI Hawker Group highly enough!! Stephen Hawker and his team did an absolutely sensational job building our house. From day one they were professional, friendly and very informative not to mention extremely approachable. My husband and I were new to this so we were guided by Stephen's experience and extensive knowledge. The build was ahead of schedule and I can happily say we did not go over budget - now that is a true representation of a great builder!!! I would not hesitate to use BCI Hawker Group again and i HIGHLY recommend them to anyone seeking to find a great builder.
We hired Steve from BCI on the recommendation from a friend for a full renovation on the downstairs area of our home as well as an additional build of an attached granny flat. From the moment we met Steve we were impressed and at ease with his friendly honest approach. He was thorough & informative in letting us know the process at hand. Not only was his knowledge in building & renovating but he also has some wonderful creative ideas that helped with design, colours & interior choices. Every construction timeline is slightly different. While there’s no “one size fits all” answer, our unique approach and network of trusted suppliers and contractors mean we can complete smaller homes in as little as 6 months without sacrificing quality.
